With over 25 years of experience in massage therapy, Tracey Windmill is a highly skilled practitioner, educator, and award-winning bodyworker dedicated to the art of healing and movement. Tracey is a passionate bodywork educator specializing in somatic practices and movement-based therapy that utilize Multi Dimensional Techniques as well as holistic wellness approaches that restore balance to both body and nervous system.With a deep passion for the connection between movement, touch, and healing and years of experience in hands-on bodywork and teaching, Tracey blends science and intuition to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate greater awareness through movement.
