Meet Tracey Windmill

Multi Dimensional and Somatic Bodywork Innovator and Educator

NCBTMB Approved Provider and IMA- International Association Accredited Teacher

Founder of Art of Transformational Touch

With 30 years of experience in massage therapy and bodywork, Tracey Windmill has spent her career exploring what truly creates transformation in the body. Her work blends nervous system-informed practices, multi-dimensional bodywork, and somatic awareness to help both clients and practitioners deepen their relationship with the body and its innate intelligence.

Tracey is not just a massage therapistβ€”she’s a teacher, mentor, and facilitator of embodied learning. Her curiosity about the nervous system began with her own lived experiences of overwhelm, freeze, and burnout, which led her to study how safety, trust, and therapeutic touch can unlock profound healing.

Through Art of Transformational Touch, Tracey teaches practitioners how to move beyond technique and into connection, presence, and nervous system literacy. Her coursesβ€”such as Foundations of Multi-Dimensional Bodywork, Nervous System Foundations, and Unravel the Body Retreatsβ€”weave science, somatics, and fascia-based work into an approach that feels as intuitive as it is effective.

Her Philosophy

Tracey believes that touch is an art form, and that real healing happens when we work with the body’s wisdom instead of against it. Whether teaching or practicing, her goal is to create spaces of safety, permission, and curiosity where both practitioners and clients can truly β€œunravel.”

A Personal Note

β€œI’ve learned that the body holds stories words can’t always tell. My work is about creating a safe, intuitive space for those stories to be heard, honored, and releasedβ€”whether through teaching or hands-on practice. Every time I witness a practitioner light up with understanding, or a client sigh with relief, I’m reminded why I love this work.”
