Art of Transformational Touch was born from a deep understanding that true healing begins with connection—within ourselves and with others.
Founded by Tracey Windmill, a massage therapist and educator with 30 years of experience, this work blends nervous system literacy, somatic awareness, fascia-focused bodywork, and therapeutic intimacy into a practice that goes far beyond traditional massage.
The Philosophy
Touch is an art form—one that can shift more than just muscles. It can unravel patterns of tension held in the nervous system, release emotional armor, and restore a sense of safety, belonging, and embodiment.
Every session, class, or retreat is designed around 5 Nervous System Presentations: Armored, Overstimulated, Inflamed, Exhausted, and Disconnected. By understanding these states, we can meet the body where it is, rather than forcing it to change.
This isn’t about “fixing” anyone. It’s about creating a space where the body can remember its own capacity to heal and thrive.

Our Mission
To create a world where touch is intentional, informed, and transformative—where bodyworkers and clients alike learn to form a relationship with the nervous system rather than simply seeking regulation.
“Healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the wisdom of the body.”
“Where Science Meets Soul, transforming touch, one nervous system at a time.”
What is Multi Dimensional Bodywork
Multi Dimensional Bodywork is both therapeutic and nurturing.
It taps into both muscular and nervous systems allowing a major reset to occur in the body.
It involves having the therapist move the client and while there are other forms of massage that include having the client do the movement, this often rules out the client having the opportunity of a parasympathetic response. When we move into the pace of our own nervous systems then healing has an opportunity to occur.
So with this body of work it is the Therapist who moves the client in a way that safely follows the range of motion of that particular clients ability.
While we, as the massage therapist are aware of how the nervous system works, this is not often factored in to the approach of treatment. In order for the body to truly heal we have to integrate both the muscular and the nervous system back to a place of homeostasis. There is a true power in having the client heal through tapping into the Parasympathetic Nervous System.
